TrueSkin Co collects the information needed to take and deliver your order: your name, email, shipping address and order contents. If you sign up for texts, we also collect your mobile number and a record of your consent.

Payment details

We never receive or store your full card number. Card details are captured directly by our payment provider on the secure checkout page and never pass through this website. We receive only the last four digits, the card brand and the authorisation result.

How we use your information

To process orders, provide support, prevent fraud and meet our legal and accounting obligations. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.

Text messages (SMS)

If you opt in to TrueSkin Co texts, we keep your mobile number and a record of your consent: when you gave it, the page you were on, your IP address and the wording you agreed to. We use them only to send the texts you signed up for and to honour your opt-out. Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe; see our SMS terms.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

Your choices

Email support@trueskinco.store to access, correct, export or delete your information. We respond within thirty days. We keep order records for the period tax and accounting rules require, even after a deletion request.
