Charges from this store appear as TRUE CO. Email us before contacting your bank — we can look it up and refund it the same day if it was not you.

Reacting to a product?

Stop using it. We will refund it in full whether or not it is opened — see returns and refunds. If you tell us which product and which ingredient, we will use it.

Not sure what to buy?

Email us what your skin is doing and what you have already tried. We would rather talk you out of the wrong product than process a return.
