TrueSkin Co is a registered trade name of AURORA UNITED LLC. These terms govern purchases made on trueskinco.store.

Orders and pricing

Prices are shown in US dollars and confirmed on the checkout page before payment. Your order total is calculated by us at checkout; the price shown at that step is the price you pay. We may decline or cancel an order and refund it in full.

Billing

You are charged once, at the time of purchase. We do not enrol you in a subscription, auto-ship or membership, and we do not store your card number. The charge appears as TRUE CO.

Returns

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. See our returns and refunds page for the full policy.

Products

Our products are cosmetics intended for external use on the skin. They are not drugs and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Discontinue use if irritation occurs. If you are pregnant, nursing, or under medical care, consult a clinician before use.

Text messages

Our optional text message program is governed by our SMS terms. Joining is never required to buy from us.
