Returns & refunds

If a product does not suit your skin, return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price — opened or unopened. We ask that you stop using the product as soon as it causes discomfort.

How to start a return

Email support@trueskinco.store with your order number. We reply within one business day with a prepaid return label. You do not need to call anyone or wait on hold.

When you get your money back

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within three business days of the return arriving. Your bank typically posts it within a further five business days. Original shipping is refunded when the return is due to our error; otherwise the $5.95 shipping charge is retained.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled for a full refund any time before they ship. Email us and we will stop the order if it has not yet left the warehouse.

Recognising the charge

The charge appears on your statement as TRUE CO. If you do not recognise a charge, email support@trueskinco.store before contacting your bank — we can usually resolve it the same day.
